A Dedicated Giving Organization
Men’s Storehouse is a dedicated giving organization committed to supporting our community by raising funding. The inception of Men’s Storehouse was driven by a shared vision among a group of men who sought to address needs beyond their individual capacities. Our journey began over 8 years ago to bring together individuals passionate about making a difference.
Our History
What started as a monthly breakfast gathering of men supporting pastors and lay leaders has evolved into a dynamic force for community support. As they encountered challenges they couldn’t tackle alone, they combined their efforts to support each other and extend their help to those outside their immediate circles. Over time, this collective effort has grown to involve over 20 churches, meeting on the third Saturday of each month to coordinate our efforts and address the evolving needs of our community.
Our Mission
The Men’s Storehouse is a resource-based organization that utilizes skills, funds, and volunteer labor to help other charities in the community. We believe that God has called all of us to give into a storehouse from which the community can benefit when the need arises. We believe that the storehouse should not be pre-determined projects that earmark funds for a particular use, but rather a place to keep resources so that when the need arises the needs can be met without delay. We strive to match up projects that can be scheduled and completed with the available resources already in the storehouse within a 4-hour block of time. We work with other groups or charities when they have a need that fits our resources available. Although we are not affiliated with any one Church or Religious Organization, we practice Judeo Christian Ethics.
